Position Overview

Are you passionate about sales, customer success, and eco-friendly products? We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support the growth of our brand, drive revenue, and deepen customer relationships. This role offers a blend of strategic sales leadership, team support, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies that expand market reach and drive revenue growth
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and building strong customer relationships
  • Analyze sales performance data and help prepare actionable insights
  • Coordinate sales activities across channels (e-commerce, wholesale, retail partners)
  • Help train and mentor sales team members
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal teams (marketing, operations, product)
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and partner meetings
  • Monitor market trends and support competitive analysis

  • Proven sales experience (retail, wholesale, or consumer products preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and organized with a creative mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
