Sales Executive
to join our growing team in
Philadelphia, United States
This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at our Philadelphia office 3 times per week. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging in direct sales and securing new business opportunities. You'll be focused on winning new logos and building profitable relationships within the mid-sized organizational market.
As a Sales Executive your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop, review, and implement new business strategies to reach sales target by hunting new business.
- Manage your own sales activities to reach quarterly sales targets.
- Solution selling and sales planning.
- Keeping the CRM-system Salesforce always updated.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to maximize prospect revenue potential.
- Work with Sales Development Representative to develop opportunities in targeted industry's or market segments.
- Planning customer activities regarding Account plans, Forecasting and Organizing.
- Managing customer activities with Regional Sales Director regarding Negotiation, Pricing, Coordinating and Counselling.
- Controlling customer activities for Measuring, Evaluating and Correcting.
What makes you our ideal candidate?
- 2-3 years' experience working with new business development (B2B experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in the security industry is a plus.
- Holds a bachelor's degree.
- A real 'hunter' spirit (initiating new activity which involves consistent prospecting).
- Entrepreneurial, networker, team player and social salesperson with excellent communication skills on phone, e-mail and in person.
- Experience closing complex sales and securing executive sponsorship with minimal management involvement highly desirable.
- Highly motivated, project-oriented self-starter with the ability to transform challenging business problems into tangible action plans.
- You can explain a complex message in a simple and understandable way.
- Fluent in English as this is the corporate language.
