Director of Sales

- JP Hospitality is seeking a driven and experienced Director of Sales to lead all sales efforts for our brand-new Tru by Hilton, opening January 2026 off Gaskins Road in Richmond.
This is an exciting opportunity to build the business from the ground up — developing accounts, driving revenue, and establishing long-term client relationships before and after opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan focused on corporate, group, and local business segments.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead all pre-opening sales initiatives, including building client partnerships and securing early contracts.
- Manage key accounts through proactive communication, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
- Complete sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with hotel management to ensure alignment on pricing, contracts, and client needs.
- Represent the property at industry and community events to strengthen brand presence and relationships.
