Job Details
Responsibilities
As a Consulting Patient Coordinator, your responsibilities will include

• Coordinating patient scheduling, registration, and financial consultation processes.
• Managing patient accounts, including processing payments, handling insurance claims, and resolving any billing discrepancies.
• Liaising between patients and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth financial process.
• Providing financial consultation to patients, explaining costs, payment options, and insurance coverage in a clear, empathetic manner.
• Collaborating with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations.
• Assisting with financial reporting and analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients.
• Providing Spanish language support to patients and team members, if necessary.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Patient Coordinator role will have

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in a patient coordination role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling financial data.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoke a PLUS
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
