Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations in our high volume, full service restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires effective leadership, team management, and guest engagement.

Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train staff.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Utilize POS systems (TOAST and Tripleseat) for BEO handling and transaction processing.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage budgets effectively while ensuring profitability through cost control measures.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the Hospitality and or amusement industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Experience with inventory management and budgeting processes.
  • Familiarity with various cooking styles, food production methods, and culinary techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or kitchen management is preferred.
  • Background in catering, banquet service, or bar operations is a plus.
