Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have opportunities for CNAs and PCAs within the Caswell, Orange, Chatham, Person, Rockingham, Durham, Wake, Lee, Guilford, Alamance and Moore County surrounding areas.

Certified Nursing Assistant and Personal Care Assistant are required to possess a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, ability to read, write and carry out directions and maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job. Additionally, all CNAs must satisfactorily complete the standard Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification program.

Duties:

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities for clients, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client care.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Personal Care Assistant is preferred.

- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
