Director of Senior Living Solutions
Position Overview

The Director of Senior Living Solutions is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and growth of our peer support services in senior living environments such as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs,), Personal Care Homes (PCHs), Adult Day-care Centers, and similar settings. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, workforce management, intake, and marketing, and will report to the COO. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop program staffing plans, resource allocation, budgets, and marketing
  • Monitor service delivery metrics (engagement, participation, outcomes) and deliver regular program updates, outcomes reporting, and insights to leadership
  • Identify and prospect new senior living facilities for potential partnerships, leveraging market analysis to develop targeted outreach and projection timelines
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with senior living communities
  • Provide oversight, field support, and direct supervision to a team of program managers
  • Oversee and participate in the hiring and training for peer specialists working in Senior Living Solutions
  • Coordinate peer specialist assignments in collaboration with supervisor roles to align with site requirements and support new account integrations
  • Coordinate with the intake team on scheduling, logistics, and coordination to ensure consistent service availability
  • Conduct needs assessments at partner sites to identify opportunities for enhanced peer support activities and recommend program expansions
  • Participate in senior living industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and service delivery
  • Utilize data analytics to inform program enhancements, budgeting, planning, and sales strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in healthcare operations with experience in senior living settings or behavioral health preferred with 2+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record in business development.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Travel: 25-50% to facilitate partnership engagement and field oversight.
