  • The Property Maintenance Technician position will involve the following regular troubleshooting of problems in homes such as plumbing leaks, electrical issues, appliance repair, drywall repair, landscaping, painting and any other aspects of property management such as cleaning and snow removal.
  • The position will be focused on tenant maintenance requests. Every day is different, thus the following skills may be utilized: Carpentry, painting, wall patching, plumbing fixture installation, electrical fixture installation, snow removal, lawncare, cleaning, and apartment turnover preparation.
  • During times where all maintenance requests are satisfied, the employee would assist other staff in renovations of properties that are unoccupied.
  • The applicant does not need to be proficient all of the above trades, but at least one is required.
  • One year of property maintenance experience AND/OR one year of residential construction experience required.
  • Property Maintenance Technician position should have their own basic tools and transportation.
  • Evening and weekend hours will be required on a rotating schedule for emergencies, snow maintenance and apartment turnovers. Call ins are paid at an overtime rate.
  • Overtime for on call evening and weekend maintenance.
  • Degree from a trade school desired, but not necessary, required for higher starting wage on salary scale.
  • Applicant MUST BE DEPENDABLE, MOTIVATED able to take instruction and work well with others.
  • $25.00 per hour ($52,000 per year) and is payable on a biweekly basis.

  • 5 days PTO and 6 Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) on Day 30. Room to add and improve for seasoned employees after 6 months.
  • Company owned and paid iPhone
  • Mileage is compensated for use of vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license as well as the completion of a W2.
  • A criminal background check will be completed on the applicant
  • Smoking not permitted on the job site
  • The Property Maintenance Technician III position is full time, year-round, W2 employment.
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week.
