Inside Sales Representative

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is a leading provider of staffing and recruitment solutions for businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential clients and promote our services. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication

- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them

- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends

- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to effectively promote our services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment industry is a plus
