We are a well established full-service landscape design, construction and maintenance company based in Bend with 15-20 team members. We're seeking quality individuals interested in challenging and rewarding career opportunities to work to maintain some of Central Oregon's finest residential landscapes and outdoor spaces. We have a fun, healthy work environment, great properties/clientele and use quality well-maintained equipment. We offer competitive wages and provide health insurance and 401K to full-time employees. We have a variety of positions available and are willing to train someone genuinely interested in learning and who has the mental and physical ability to perform the work. PT or FT 15-40 hrs/ week (Mar - Nov)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General labor

  • Operating 21" and 36" mowers

  • Operating handheld equipment such as edgers, trimmers and blowers

  • Identify and pull weeds

  • Pay attention to detail

  • Ability to work well on a team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.

  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours in all elements throughout the season.

  • Must have the stamina to work 7-10 hour days in adverse weather conditions.

  • Be willing to learn.

  • Be able to work on your feet all day and lift 50+ lbs.

  • Be neat, clean and professional in appearance. You will be representing an upscale premium landscape company.
