What you'll do

  • Assist bartenders by stocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by regularly cleaning surfaces, glassware, and equipment.
  • Support food preparation efforts by assisting with food service and bussing tables as needed.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members during busy shifts to maintain high energy levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in banquet setups and catering events to enhance guest experiences.

Basic qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and safety standards.
  • Background in nightclub settings or banquet service is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
