This Hilton Garden Inn Restaurant will be known at Coconut Charlie's Beach Bar and Grill with indoor dining, banquet space and an outdoor tiki beach bar and food trailer.We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Barback/Busser. What will you be doing most days?Clean and prepare tables in between guestWork to keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trashSupport the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintainedSupport the servers in their daily tasksClean up messes and spills as they occurHelp with other restaurant duties as neededWhat are the requirements for this position?You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsYou have excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfactionYou work well on a team and maintain a positive attitude at all timesYou are a good multi-tasker and work well under pressurePhysical Requirements for this PositionThis can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.Travel Requirements This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.Pay Scale: $10.52- $15.34/hour*Rate depends upon state/market*This property is managed by OTO Development.
