Associate Marketing Manager

This is a remote/hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL.

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to support our Marketing Department.

Summary:

The Associate Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and activities for assigned vendor accounts or product categories. This position involves fostering strong vendor relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and achieving revenue and profit targets. The ideal candidate must possess strong creativity and maintain a collaborative approach across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and programs utilizing D&H's array of marketing services.
  • Management of Market Development Funds (MDF): Efficiently manage earned MDF to maximize marketing impact and ROI.
  • Proposal Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling marketing proposals to secure funding from vendors.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to plan and manage projects, establish milestones, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with vendor partners to identify business opportunities and address challenges effectively.
  • Performance Objectives: Meet assigned revenue, profit, and investment targets while maintaining high satisfaction levels among vendor partners.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing strategy development, stakeholder relationships, vendor satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize data-driven insights to develop effective marketing plans and articulate results effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
  • 4+ years Marketing experience required.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
