Commercial Refrigeration/Cooking Equipment Technician is a full time position. Work week schedule is M-F 8-5, and work hours, may include some weekend and off hours work as well as overtime. Scheduling will vary according to customer need.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Identify and troubleshoot commercial type cooking, refrigeration and warewashing equipment including, the adjustment, repair and/or replacement of equipment.
  • Maintain and repair equipment including coolers, freezers, ice machines and other restaurant equipment.
  • Perform general commercial maintenance with associated scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
  • The individual must have good analytical skills and attention to details with the ability to be self motivated and dependable.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience Required.
  • Wages commiserate with experience.
