We're seeking a skilled

Service Technician

to join our team in West Palm Beach. This role is ideal for someone with experience in

window and door service

  • or strong general construction knowledge - who takes pride in precision, professionalism, and solving problems for clients.
What You'll Do
  • Perform service and repair work on luxury window and door systems (residential and commercial).
  • Diagnose issues such as alignment, operation, sealing, and hardware performance.
  • Replace glass, seals, hardware, and components as needed.
  • Perform adjustments and tune-ups to ensure products meet performance standards.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and vehicles.
  • Support warranty and quality control efforts to uphold Cornerstone's reputation for excellence.
What You Bring
  • Experience servicing or installing

windows, doors, or similar building products

  • or solid background in

construction, carpentry, or finishing trades

.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely on active job sites.
- Team-focused attitude and professional communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay & Benefits
