Successful entrepreneur, writer, speaker, and mom, Tana Amen is seeking a full-time assistant who can be an extension of herself—someone who blends administrative precision with personal support, strategic thinking, and the ability to juggle the unique demands of working for someone who manages multiple careers, daily logistics, and occasional creative projects.

This is not a static desk job. It's a dynamic, multi-layered role for someone who thrives on variety, can manage both business and personal responsibilities, and wants to be deeply trusted in a fast-moving environment. Therefore, it requires flexibility and critical thinking.

You'll Be Responsible For:

· Managing calendar, appointments, and day-to-day scheduling

· Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and my accountant

· Maintaining organized filing systems (hard copy + digital)

· Handling scanning, printing, and tech troubleshooting

· Communicating professionally across phone, email, and in person

· Helping manage rental properties and real estate-related tasks

· Communicate with accountant, lawyers, physicians, and tenants (diverse)

· Scheduling services and handling occasional errands

· Supporting travel planning, packing lists, and logistics

· Maintaining printers and general office supplies

· Creating reminders and systems that anticipate needs

· Occasionally assisting with social media or digital organization

· Organizing supplements, household systems, and more

· Occasionally helping with events

· Have strong written and verbal communication skills

· Understand basic accounting concepts (assets, liabilities, reports)

· Can comfortably talk to accountants, vendors, and contractors

· Are tech-savvy (Google Docs, Excel, Word, Zoom, Teams, etc.)

· Enjoy wearing multiple hats and being in a supportive, high-trust role

· Can navigate both the admin side and the personal errands side with professionalism and grace
