The ideal candidate has an acute eye for detail and can manage multiple projects and priorities. This person will primarily spend their time:Managing the workflow and approval process for all assigned marketing tacticsWorking with teams to develop quick-turn marketing collateralCoordinating with internal/external design teams to ensure project timelines are metHelping organize and execute broker engagement eventsEnsuring property marketing materials are up to date and organized appropriately across all JLL and third-party platformsPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESWork with marketers and business partners to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure/flyer development, email submissions, social media tiles, direct mail, and event coordination.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of brokers and their clients.Manage property listings across multiple platforms (MyListings, OLM, CoStar, LoopNet, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistencyDevelop, order and manage signage installationCreate and update property marketing emails independently or through our digital marketing team and maintain email distribution scheduleActively and regularly update contact/distribution listsAssist with tracking of marketing plans and budgets, including objectives, timelines, marketing elements, costs, metrics, etc.Develop creative briefs to engage with creative team and partnersContribute to standardized client-reporting documentsOversee photography, videography and other vendor coordination requests as needed to support assigned propertiesBuild and maintain internal stakeholder and external vendor relationshipsEnsure marketing efforts are aligned with JLL best practicesMaintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams.Ensure updates and edits are made to materials with new availabilities and floors/suites leased across all materials and platformsHelp with ideation, coordination and execution of broker open houses, including potential management of outside vendorsOffer support with special projects as needed and as time allowsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferredMinimum of 1 year in marketing and/or business development role or commensurate intern experience – a fast-paced work environment preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESAdaptability – maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of peopleAbility to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks at onceOutstanding organizational and project management skillsComfortable and confident taking charge of a project or situation in order to meet business/client goalsTeam oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job doneIs a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independentlyExcellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and conciselyImpeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each stepAdvanced Microsoft office product knowledge –Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookAdobe InDesign and Canva proficiency preferredTravel required:
