Job opportunities as Team Leader are generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manage or other part time restaurant job at: Ben & Jerry's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Team Lead Requirements:

  • Ideal Team Leader candidates will have previous leadership experience and are eager to join a close-knit family, loves to have fun and is ready to learn how to run a successful store
  • Also, must have a sense of community, and enjoy volunteering for local non-profits
  • Be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  • Be able to push, pull, lift and carry 20lbs without assistance
  • Be able to provide respectful customer service
  • Open Flexibility: able to work Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays
