Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Jackson, MI Area for a Sales Program Specialist. The Sales Program Specialist will support sales operations, collaborate with the sales team, coordinate program initiatives, and contribute to client success. Responsibilities include managing sales data, preparing reports, assisting with strategies to meet goals, and streamlining communication between departments. Additionally, the role involves ensuring prompt responses to client needs and aiding in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales operations, program coordination, or client success
- Experience with CRM tools or similar systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an education-related field is desirable
