Position Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and assists in the operations and continual improvement of their assigned location(s).

Principal Responsibilities:

Sales ? Maximize sales by managing storage and retail inventory and by continuing to improve the sales presentation of each employee at the store. This includes quality assurance of phone, Internet and walk-in sales leads.

Customer Service ? Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding quality standards and solid product knowledge from each employee at the store.

Maintenance ? Maintaining the storage center in a ?like new? condition through regular cleaning and repairs. Maintain professional and productive relationship with all maintenance contractors and vendors while effectively supervising their work.

General ? Any other responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager.

Schedule - 4-day work week (four 10 hour days) and will consist of working Saturdays
