Sr. Project Specialist, Customer Success, Remote

Aledade requires a Senior Project Specialist that will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects while contributing to the strategic objectives of the Customer Success Office (CSO). This individual will leverage their extensive experience in value-based care and project management to drive initiatives that enhance both the internal (Field Team) and external (Practice Partners) customer experience by enabling and supporting a multitude of projects. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US, with periodic travel required.

Primary Duties:
  • Leadership and Strategic Guidance: Guide and coordinate across multiple teams within Aledade, and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Foster a collaborative environment to engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring all perspectives are considered for comprehensive project outcomes.
  • Project Management Excellence: Utilize the tools and processes identified, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope. Identify and mitigate risks using advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills to maintain project momentum.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a key liaison to drive communication and project deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are optimized and project integrations are seamless.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects. Utilize feedback loops to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of progressive value-based care, practice operations experience, and/or risk adjustment experience
  • Have experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects toward completion, coordinating and collaborating across multiple projects and teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed to Aledade's headquarters or markets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Understanding and having experience with Tableau, Miro, Jira,
  • Experience in two or more of the following lines of business: Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Commercial value based care contracts
Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
