Our award-winning store was the first of its style in America and has evolved into a sexual wellness and intimacy retailer with multiple locations throughout Central Florida. Qualifications

Must be professional in appearance and demeanor and demonstrate the ability to supervise and demonstrate the ability or potential to lead. Must have a background in retail sales and or management. Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Be outgoing and personable with an approachable appearance and demeanor. Have flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events Ability to work all scheduled shifts. Self-motivated. Have reliable transportation. Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

Management Team members are responsible for a variety of activities, below are just a few areas members will encounter. Ensuring daily operations of the store meet sales and company expectations. Being a leader on and off the sales floor. Developing employees and helping them achieve goals and career growth. Interacting with all areas of the company ensuring everyone is informed and on the same page with store operations and needs. Ensuring the customers have the best shopping experience possible.
