Our Newest Opportunity:
The Senior Talent Sourcer is a strategic partner to the Production Hiring Team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent across key sales roles. This role emphasizes market research, talent mapping, and
proactive sourcing, while also managing external recruiting partnerships and referral pipelines. You will play a critical role in building diverse talent pools and supporting hiring initiatives for the Growth team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Partner with the Production Hiring Team and Sales Leaders to understand hiring needs and define sourcing
strategies
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify target companies, roles, and candidate profiles
- Source passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM/ATS platforms
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach and nurture relationships over time
- Collaborate with external recruiters on select searches to expand reach and accelerate hiring
- Manage and process candidates from referral sources, ensuring timely follow-up and a high-touch
experience
- Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to improve strategy and effectiveness
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor movements, and talent availability
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage a high workload while consistently delivering stellar results
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs and priorities
- Strong analytical and research skills; able to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for talent discovery and building inclusive teams
Education, Training and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research for a sales organization
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, ATS, CRM, Boolean search)
- Background in competitive intelligence or workforce analytics
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $80,000 to $85,000 annually.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
