Licensed Psychotherapist (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Pay: $48.00 – $50.00/hour (W-2 Employee)

Location: Long Beach, CA (80% in-person, 20% telehealth)

Position Details

Schedule:

• Minimum 15 sessions/week (part-time commitment).
• 80% in-person (Long Beach office) + 20% telehealth.
• Sessions scheduled during peak child/family times:
• Weekdays 2–7 PM or Weekends 8 AM–4 PM.
• At least 2 in-person weekdays + 1 weekend day required.

Caseload: Primarily children, ages 0–10, and their families (about 50%).

Duties:

• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment.
• Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.
• Participate in biweekly individual supervision and monthly case consultation with a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Licensed in California as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LEP.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field.
• Passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) preferred.
• BCBA certification and/or Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Ready to start credentialing and join a supportive, growth-focused team.
