Columbia Residential is looking to hire an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor located in the Tallahassee, Florida area.

  • Will be responsible for coordinating service orders to include Turnkey operations, move-ins, and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs provide guidance to community management staff on maintenance related issues as needed.
  • Will supervise, train and mentor service technicians, grounds staff and housekeepers.
  • Resolve complex issues as it relates to maintenance work orders.
  • Must be hands-on; assist in the completion of work orders.
  • Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Follow-up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.
  • Various tasks as it relates to maintenance operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Supervising Experience: 5 years of multi-site property management (Required)

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
