- Contribute to R&D efforts to meet project milestones, maintaining the standards of scientific rigor and adhering to ethical standards
- Maintain standards consistent with company culture and values
- Work closely with team members to maintain project development, implementation and troubleshooting of experiments

- Attend team meetings to discuss results, future plans and experiments, with a keenness to help achieve company milestones
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of molecular and cellular biology techniques
- Perform other duties as assigned, including all those associated with facilitating the smooth operation of a wet lab environment
- Maintain accurate records in electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and contribute to documentation for internal reports and regulatory filings
- Attend regular EHS meetings and maintain accurate biologic and chemical records

- Some prior industry experience is strongly preferred
- Academic or industry experience working with T cells in a research setting
- Familiarity with gene-editing technologies (e.g., CRISPR, TALEN, ZFNs) and delivery platforms (e.g., viral vectors, LNPs, exosomes)
- Previous involvement in in vivo studies or willingness to learn animal handling and vivarium protocols
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with comfort operating in interdisciplinary project teams
- Prior experience with CRO collaboration or CMC workflows is a bonus
