Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities:


• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including core platform, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom applications.


• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce best practices and design patterns.


• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and integration strategies.


• Guide development teams in implementing solutions that align with architectural decisions.


• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and third-party applications to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.


• Provide oversight and technical direction for data modeling, security design, API integrations, and performance optimization.


• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, developers, and product managers to drive strategic initiatives.


• Stay current on Salesforce platform releases, features, and roadmap; communicate implications to the team and leadership.


• Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions with diagrams and design artifacts.


• Mentor and coach junior developers, technical leads, and admins.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• 12+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in an architect role.


• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data model, integration patterns, governor limits, and scalability strategies.


• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).


• Experience with designing and integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).


• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or Gearset.


• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
