IDR is seeking a 
Sr Project Manager
 to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role involves leading complex projects within a dynamic industry, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, technical design, and process improvements. The position offers an excellent opportunity to manage impactful initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview for the Sr Project Manager:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget
  • Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors
  • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project plans communicating tasks, milestones, and resources
  • Manage project risks, scope, and deliverables while ensuring stakeholder communication

Requirements for the Sr Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management experience
  • 5+ years' experience managing small to large projects through the project lifecycle
  • 5+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Project developing complex plans
  • 5+ years' experience recognizing, measuring, and mitigating project risks
  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams and managing project budgets
