Overview

With a diverse portfolio of proprietary, differentiated solutions that are in early stages of commercial development, Risen Water needs need an experienced, highly driven sales professional to grow sales and profits in our organization. Experience in the wastewater treatment or biosolids industries is a must. It is preferable that the candidate live in the western US, specifically UT, but that is not a requirement.

As our Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Risen Water solutions to customers and meeting growth targets in the business. This includes proposal generation, hiring sales reps, creating and giving product presentations, attending trade shows, and everything relating to selling our solutions and growing revenues in our business. Most importantly, you will be responsible for securing profitable purchase orders for our business, which will include negotiating on behalf of the company and minimizing risk to the business. You will need to work closely with our Production Manager and sales network to achieve the aggressive goals we've set.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales in the wastewater treatment or biosolids industries and customer service with a proven ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to foster a positive team environment.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and sales reps to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct training sessions for our representative network on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales management role in the wastewater treatment or biosolids industries.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
