Vice President of Sales – San Jose, CA

Location: Cupertino - On Site

We're partnering with a leading California real estate and development platform on an exciting search for a Vice President of Sales to help launch a new Homebuilding Brand This is a high-impact executive role, responsible for leading sales operations across residential, development, and investment divisions, while driving national growth and strategic expansion.

About the Role:

This VP of Sales will oversee all sales pipelines, define and execute a national sales strategy, and lead a high-performing team. The role offers exposure to innovative, high-quality residential projects and the opportunity to expand into new U.S. markets. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, investment, and operations teams while building and maintaining relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with corporate growth initiatives
  • Oversee residential, development, and investment sales pipelines
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a top-performing sales organization
  • Identify and enter high-potential U.S. markets to grow brand presence
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and investment teams to drive performance
  • Leverage CRM and data insights to forecast sales and guide strategy
  • Build strategic relationships with investors, developers, and key clients
