About The Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Creative Project Manager to join our growing brand team. This person will be the central hub for creative work, managing project intake and delegation, and then working with the team to facilitate the delivery of projects across marketing, product, events, and executive initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Project Intake & Prioritization: Manage and optimize the flow of requests into the creative studio. Partner with stakeholders to clarify needs, scope, and deadlines
  • Scheduling & Resource Management: Balance priorities across designers, writers, and external partners. Ensure the right work is happening at the right time
  • Process & Workflow: Build and refine creative operations processes (briefs, approvals, reviews). Help the team deliver efficiently while maintaining high standards
  • Communication & Alignment: Act as the bridge between stakeholders and creatives, translating business needs into actionable creative projects
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, flag risks, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Culture & Growth: Support a positive, high-performing design culture. Be hungry to grow into larger leadership responsibilities over time

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–6 years in creative project management, studio management, or related roles (agency or in-house)
  • Tools: Proficiency with Clickup (or similar project management platforms). Familiarity with creative workflows (design, copy, photo/video production)
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and excited to grow. Able to bring both structure and empathy to creative work
  • Bonus: Experience in tech, agency, or high-growth creative teams. Interest in brand building and design culture
