Cladform is an architectural cladding rep agency and distributor based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with sales representatives throughout the U.S. and Canada. We represent premium architectural cladding lines and work closely with top designers, architects, contractors, and manufacturers.

We're a small, growing company seeking a Project Manager who's a cladding expert, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service. The responsibilities of this in-office position include responding to communication, tracking job progress, and ensuring prompt and professional follow through to facilitate projects from initial inquiry through product delivery.

The ideal candidate has exterior cladding experience and thrives on managing details, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a creative, design-driven industry.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and manufacturers.
  • Track and manage multiple architectural cladding projects from start to finish.
  • Move projects forward through prompt and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project data, schedules, and communications.
  • Follow up on RFIs, submittals, deliveries, and outstanding items.
  • Coordinate samples, presentations, and product documentation.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in project management (construction, architecture, or related field).
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with Notion or other project management software.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and specs.
  • Advanced knowledge of rainscreens and other building envelope systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: From $70,000.00 per year
