Description
Loudoun Water has an immediate opening for a Solutions Manager in the Business Solutions department to Support are HCM Team. We are seeking a highly motivated business analyst that understands the operations of the organization and revel in discovering functional and technical solutions to achieve goals, including strong involvement in documentation management, financial management, project management and building customer relationships. Essential functions include:

  • Analyze and document business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize business operations.
  • Act as a key facilitator across business units, enabling effective collaboration between stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external service providers, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Preparing functional and technical specification documents, business process procedures, technical support documentation and test documents.
  • Serve as technical owner and manage the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise business applications, including ERP (SAP), ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Provide expert-level application support, acting as escalation point for complex technical issues and troubleshooting.
  • Lead system enhancement initiatives, collaborating with developers and vendors, and coordinating the implementation of fixes, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate and deliver end-user training, mentoring, and coaching to promote adoption and optimal use of solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and industry best practices, staying abreast of emerging trends and ensuring solutions remain effective and competitive.

Requirements
: Bachelor 's Degree in a Science and Technology related field or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in enterprise applications, particularly SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC and ECP, is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
