  • 6+ years of business development experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients, signing contracts, and placing consultants on projects
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop existing accounts to increase revenue, market share, and customer engagement
  • Generate and qualify leads through market research, referrals, and industry networking
  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to generate, manage, and fill job orders efficiently
  • Understand client staffing needs, workforce trends, and future requirements through a consultative approach
  • Negotiate client contracts, rates, and terms to support profitability and growth goals
  • Drive account renewals, expansions, and cross-selling of additional services
  • Maintain accurate client records, activity tracking, and sales pipeline documentation
  • Present qualified candidates effectively to clients and support interview and placement processes
  • Resolve client issues proactively and escalate internally to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed revenue, account growth, and business development targets
  • Stay current on staffing trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $77, $92,869.95 per year
