This role offers opportunities for both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of package and material handling operations while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient distribution processes that reflect JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.What your day-to-day will look like:Receive, sort, process, and distribute all incoming packages and pallets with accuracy and efficiencyPick up, process, validate documentation, and coordinate handoff to designated freight suppliers for client-outgoing packagesRecord and label materials while maintaining inventory using client inventory systemsEnter Bill of Ladings and process 2Ship labels for outbound shipmentsProcess all requests and orders while preparing and shipping non-regulated packages received dailyUtilize scanners to scan and record all incoming and outgoing packages, troubleshooting Trackpad equipment and software issuesUse SCLogic data analytics to create reports and provide metrics on incoming and outbound shipping dataClearly identify, sort, and manage all good and bad pallet inventories for mail, shipping, and receiving operationsWeigh and record weight of corrugated material and bundle for shipment dailyPrepare courier packages, coordinate pick-up and delivery, and confirm receipt with appropriate stakeholdersManage incoming and outgoing temperature-sensitive shipments with proper handling protocolsDeliver or coordinate pickup of packages to customer work areasRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to interact professionally with client personnelStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information clearly and conciselyHigh degree of accuracy for handling sensitive equipment and proper routing of shipmentsAbility to work in fast-paced environment while managing multiple work streams and prioritiesPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform lifting, bending, twisting, and operating manual pallet jackAbility to frequently walk up and down stairs for inspections and emergency proceduresAbility to detect emergency alarms (auditory and visual)Preferred Qualifications:Computer skills and experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and OutlookPrevious warehouse or shipping/receiving experienceExperience with inventory management systems and data analytics toolsKnowledge of freight and shipping procedures and regulationsExperience with barcode scanning equipment and troubleshootingLocation: Onsite - St. Paul, MNEstimated compensation for this position:20.00 – 24.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
