What you'll achieve

As an On-Site Senior Advisor Dell Logistics Returns Operations in Memphis TN, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, managing supplier relationships, driving performance improvements and working cross functionally within Dell to drive global logistics and manufacturing ecosystem solutions. This role demands advanced problem-solving, strategic foresight, and the ability to influence across disciplines and geographies.

You will:

  • Manage 3PL (Third-Party Logistics)responsible for returns processing

  • Work with Global Dell Outlet Sales team from Dell to drive recovery dollars for Dell

  • Work cross functionally with Services to optimize recovery dollars for Dell

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree;

  • Proven experience managing global, cross-functional programs and projects; PMP certification is a plus.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and convert it into actionable plans.

  • Deep understanding of global supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics operations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement.

Desirable Requirements

  • 6+ years with a Master's degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.

  • Strong program and project management capabilities with a focus on global execution.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $91k - $117k.
