Location: San Antonio, TX Hybrid)

Duration: 10+ Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support stakeholder data analysis and reporting functions. The role involves handling financial data, forecasting, customer analysis, and dashboard management to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational improvements within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and customer data, reviewing historical trends and preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
  • Support and manage the month-end close process, forecasting, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, executive reports, and data visualizations.
  • Reconcile and validate data for accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Conduct benchmarking data collection and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with system integration, data mapping, and automation projects.
  • Prepare ad-hoc and strategic analyses for decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial, accounting, and business concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with SAP, BI Reporting, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Programming knowledge in SQL, VBA, Python, R, or SAS.
  • Experience with large datasets and data manipulation for business insights.

Pay: $ $40.21 per hour
