designing and implementing scalable, secure, and effective Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices. Requirements entail deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, collaboration with stakeholders, and seamless development rollouts. Candidates must Lead the technical direction and
architectural design of Salesforce implementations

Job Description:

Who Are We Looking For:

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering salesforce cloud technology. Our Salesforce Architect reports directly to the Managing Director of Software Development, and is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and effective Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices. Requirements entail deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, collaboration with stakeholders, and seamless development rollouts.

What Will You Work On:

• Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs, including architecture design, technical specifications, and integration strategies.
• Lead the technical direction and architectural design of Salesforce implementations, guiding developers and ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data consistency, security and optimal performance.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience within the Salesforce environment.
• Create comprehensive documentation of solutions and provide training and support to users and team members.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce products to develop business solutions
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in programming languages (Apex, JavaScript, SQL, etc.), integration tools, and data modeling
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree completed
• Preferred Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, etc.
• Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices related to Salesforce
• Experience agile project methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience interacting directly with business teams.
