Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at ICM Transport Group. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting refrigerated goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our shipments and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a truck to transport refrigerated goods to various locations.
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of freight while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries as required by regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Experience as a delivery driver, preferably with refrigerated trailers.
  • Familiarity with freight handling and loading/unloading procedures.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required, automatic trucks available.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
