We're looking for a strategic and analytical professional to join our GTM team as a Specialist, Commercial Coordination and Analytics. This high-impact role supports commercial and marketing efforts across Enbridge's gas pipelines and storage assets in Canada and the U.S. You'll be the voice of the customer, providing senior-level technical expertise, driving outage planning, and identifying new revenue opportunities. What you will do:
Provides commercial input for outage planning process. Strategizes, prioritizes, and optimizes system outages to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently and to minimize overall impact to system customers. Works closely with Gas Control, Integrity, Capacity Scheduling and Regions to develop detailed outage planning process and ensure commercial group has updated information on schedule. Includes clearly articulating outage impacts to commercially oriented individuals and finding opportunities to improve outage schedule with internal/external partners.
Analyzes, identifies and coordinates potential opportunities and system dynamics with Capacity Planning, Asset Planning, Integrity and Gas Control to cultivate potential marketing opportunities while ensuring system integrity.
Develop, create and present to customers on behalf of commercial team on detailed topics such as: outage management and the maintenance management program
Interprets and reviews transportation and storage agreements, maintains knowledge of tariffs and industry regulations to ensure corporate compliance while providing customers with appropriate level of service.
Independently tackles complex technical issues and develop soluations as issues arise involving Regulatory topics impacting the Commercial team. Issues managed are: Reservation Charge Adjustments, FRQ, SBA, ASA and such topics impacting GTM and its customers.
Performs competitive analysis of Enbridge markets and existing customer utilization to develop strategies for purposes of maximizing revenue and customer utilization of assets, and to retain and increase market share for all of Enbridge's GTM pipeline and storage assets. Identify opportunities and make appropriate recommendations
Analyzes and review the pricing information, competitor data and other relevant projects and data to support the Marketing team in developing and implementing both transportation and storage utilization strategies.
Analyzes and review unsubscribe capacity and customer entitlements on various GTM pipelines and storage assets to develop viable market opportunities.
Extract and analyze gas pricing data from various electronic data sources and subscriptions to create and track pricing data points for various natural gas hubs, storage facilities, and/or trading points.
Work with IT to create new tools (new ways to provide data in format for marketing team to utilize) that will support marketing efforts to maximize commercial transactional activities and efficiencies.
Supports the marketing efforts for all new and existing transport and storage transactions including coordination with the Regulatory, Legal, Contracts and LINK groups to ensure successful implementation, administration, tracking and execution of deals and negotiated rates agreements.
Coordinate Marketing efforts with Capacity Services, Contracts and LINK to ensure a seamless transition of contract execution to commercial operational implementation.
Participate in special projects as needed.
Maintains and promotes safe and compliant work conditions and practices at all times.
Who you are:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial Business Development, Business Administration, or a related university degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the energy industry in a business or technical capacity.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
Broad understanding of regulatory processes, finance, marketing, and operations.
Knowledge of GTM assets a plus as this role will concentrate in this regional area and eventually include all US pipeline and Storage business.

Working Conditions:
Office-based role with periodic travel and off-site meetings in the Houston area.
Frequent use of communication tools and 24/7 accessibility for business-critical issues.
Work performed in a typical office environment with occasional field visits.
