Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customers find the perfect vehicle. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their needs, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with vehicle inquiries.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and promote sales.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and meet monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain organized product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Supervise junior staff members when needed, providing guidance and support.
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Ensure compliance with retail math principles for accurate pricing and transactions.
  • Foster a positive shopping environment through effective communication skills and teamwork.

Experience

  • Previous sales experience required (automotive sales experience or service industry a plus)
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills is essential for this role.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers effectively.
