A Day in the Life of a Project Administrator

Responsibilities:

Prepare, track, and compile field data and daily reportsMaintain accurate job files and update company systemsReview, reconcile, and audit vendor invoices for complianceGenerate, update, and deliver client voices and credit memos with supporting documentationAssist with accounts receivable and collectionsCollaborate with Operations on invoicing questions and revisionsAbility to travel

Experience & Education:

2 years of project administration or office experienceHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent work experienceExperience with time/material software, preferred
