Seven Starling is looking for an Independently Licensed Contract Clinical Therapist to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling's clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.

Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in maternal mental health. • Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
• Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving perinatal patients
• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
• Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare

• Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
• This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity.

• Currently independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist.
• Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following, but are not limited to: (AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, TN, TX, and/or VA) Arizona, District of Columbia (Washington DC), California, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
• Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
• Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
• Bilingual is a plus

$75: Intake/Assessment

$70: 55 minute Individual Sessions

$35: Client No Shows

$300 for time associated with onboarding
