Front Office Manager
Hampton Inn Columbia Northeast Fort Jackson Area.
Job Description:
- Manage front desk duties including answering phones, greeting clients, checking in/out of clients and guests, taking payments and reservations.
- Manage front desk staff including scheduling, training and coaching.
- Manage scheduling of staff on busy days (when there are many guests and clients)
- Work with management on new business opportunities and growth opportunities
- Work with management on client relations and customer service issues
- Work with management on new client sales and marketing efforts
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or hospitality industry (boarding or dog daycare/pet therapy experience is preferred).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with little oversight.
- Must be able to work evenings/weekends/holidays as needed.
