is expanding its South Florida presence and seeking experienced leaders at the
Senior Project Manager level and above
— including
Project Directors, Senior Project Directors, and Executives
— to oversee major capital projects across Miami and the surrounding region.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage projects from concept through design, construction, and occupancy.
  • Serve as the trusted owner's representative — leading architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts while safeguarding project goals.
  • Lead design coordination, stakeholder communication, and decision-making.
  • Guide clients through all project phases, from entitlement to occupancy.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience
    in design, construction, or owner's representation (healthcare, higher education, and institutional experience preferred).
  • Proven track record leading complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Background in GC, architecture, or development a plus — ideal for those ready to transition into a more strategic, client-facing role.
