About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, self-driven Senior Project Manager to join our growing Webflow-based creative agency. I (the founder) handle all client acquisition and growth, and I'm now looking for someone to own the fulfillment side — bringing order, structure, and scale to our client management operations.

You don't need to be a web developer or designer, but you must understand how to manage web projects, communicate with clients, and create systems that make things run smoothly. The ideal person is proactive, process-oriented, and able to take initiative without waiting for detailed instructions.

This role starts hands-on — managing active website projects and organizing our workflow — but will evolve into a leadership position overseeing a team of project managers as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day website client communications, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Build structure and systems for how projects are organized, tracked, and delivered.
  • Develop scalable processes so that future project managers can easily be onboarded.
  • Serve as the main bridge between clients, designers, and developers.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve project flow.
  • Eventually hire, train, and supervise additional project managers.
  • Report directly to the CEO on team performance, workload, and client satisfaction.

  • Understand web or creative agency workflows (even if you don't build sites yourself).
  • Are comfortable working autonomously and architecting systems from scratch.
  • Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Have your own laptop and are available to work locally/in person in North Miami.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience with Webflow, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or other PM tools.
  • Have managed creative or tech teams before.
  • Are comfortable improving workflows with automation or AI tools.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience, with growth opportunity into a Director of Project Management or Operations Lead role as the agency scales.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
