improvements to qualified households.

■ What You'll Do

  • Install and upgrade energy-saving measures in customers' homes — such as doors,

insulation, lighting, HVAC, and showerheads.

  • Explain installation steps and benefits to customers in a friendly, professional way.

  • Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on every job.

If you've worked in any of these fields, you'll feel right at home: Alarm systems, cable or

satellite installation, solar, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work.

■ What We're Looking For

  • Handy and comfortable using tools (carpentry experience is a plus but not required)

  • Great customer service and communication skills

  • Reliable and punctual — a true team player

  • Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record review

■ Pay & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $21/hr (Helpers) | $24/hr + Bonuses (Crew Leads)
