The Account Executive is responsible for building strategic client relationships and establishing client loyalty. The Account Executive constantly looks for ways to build additional value delivery to clients and enhances the overall client experience. Additionally, the Account Executive identifies ways of increasing revenue opportunities for the company while improving the client's profit levels.1. Build your pipeline. Assist current agents in selling to their existing dealers and acquiring new dealers.
2. Training. Train old and new agents and their staff on our products. Drive home the features that differentiate us from the competition.
3. Dealer installs. Go to the field and assist agents on dealer installs. This requires planning and it sometimes requires jumping on a plane with a few days notice.
4.Manage territory. Drive existing agents and sign new agents in areas where we are underrepresented.
5. Rate actions. Communicate and help implement rate changes, obligor changes, etc.
