Job Description:

A preschool teacher assistant's primary responsibly is to provide support for the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in classroom management
• Supervise and and interact with Children
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Assist lead teacher with potty training and diaper changing of 2- and 3-year-old students

Minimum Qualifications/Training and Experience

The preschool teacher assistant must have a minimum of a high school diploma

Must present a kind and loving disposition when working with children and lead teacher

Professional Behavior:

The preschool teacher assistant is an evangelical, born-again Christian.

The preschool teacher assistant will regularly attend an evangelical, Christian church for spiritual growth.

The preschool teacher assistant will adhere to Bayshore Christian School's Faculty and Staff Handbook.
