What you'll do

• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent guest services.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is essential.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
• Culinary experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to describe menu items confidently.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Proven ability in upselling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is required.
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not mandatory.
